What should I do if there are problems with the order?

After arriving at the meeting place and sending the client a notification of your arrival, follow the following steps:

Wait 20 minutes. During this time, the client must meet with you.

Fixing the problem

Find the "Booking Issue" button. Go to the order itself and scroll down the order page.

Select the most appropriate reason from the list

After selecting the reason, click the submit button.

Waiting for a response

After sending the notification, the operator will contact the client to clarify the situation.
Order Status: The status of your order will automatically change to "Processing".

Decision and refund of the commission

Awaiting a decision: A decision on your order will be made within 1-2 business days.

Additional recommendations:

Keep the evidence: Take photos or videos that can confirm the circumstances of the incident.
Be polite and patient: Stay calm when communicating with the client and the operator.
Check the order status: Regularly check the status of your order in your personal account.
